About these terms
These terms cover your use of recruit.traitorzmusical.com, run by Round Table NYC LLC, 157 Columbus Ave, Fl 4, New York, NY 10023 (“we”, “us”). By signing up you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service.
The show
Traitorz: The Unauthorized Musical Parody is a parody. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any television network, series, or the people it portrays.
Text message terms
- Program. Traitorz Texts, from Round Table NYC LLC.
- Two separate consents. Each has its own checkbox, unticked by default. Neither is required to sign up or to buy tickets.
- Transactional texts. If you tick the transactional box, you agree to receive your one-time sign-in codes (sent only when you ask for one) and reminders about performances you have booked. Message frequency varies. Without it, sign-in codes are emailed to you.
- Marketing texts. If you tick the marketing box, you agree to receive recurring messages about Traitorz: The Unauthorized Musical Parody: show news, offers and game updates, up to 4 messages a month.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for texts.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more after that. Your sign-in codes will then come by email. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again and tick the box.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email hello@traitorzmusical.com.
- Not required. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying tickets or anything else.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your number. Only sign up with a mobile number that belongs to you. Tell us at hello@traitorzmusical.com if you change or give up your number.
- Privacy. We never share or sell your mobile number or text opt-in for others’ marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
If you tick the email box, we email you news and offers about the show. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Who can sign up
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service. The phone number must be a US or Canadian mobile number that belongs to you. One account per phone number.
The game
- Taking part is free. You do not need to buy anything to play.
- The recruitment code is the only discount. Each phone number gets one code, valid on Ludus under the conditions shown at checkout, while that campaign lasts. Ticket holders who already booked receive a letter without a code.
- Shields and other game rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or sold, and can only be used in the game at the theatre.
- Nothing is won by chance, and there are no prizes of value. Every player gets the same pin.
- Roles are assigned at the theatre and never chosen. The Cloaking prophecy is entertainment and does not decide your role.
- Tickets are sold by Ludus under its terms. Seats, prices, refunds and exchanges are handled by the box office, not this site.
Your photo
If you take part in the Cloaking, you confirm the photo is of you and give us permission to show the cloaked portrait in the app and to that night’s players. We feature it on our social media only if you share or tag it yourself. Ask us at any time and we will delete it.
Fair play
Do not sign up with someone else’s number, use bots or scripts, try to get more than one code, or interfere with the site or other players. We may suspend anyone who does.
The site
The site is provided as is. We may change, pause or end the site or the game at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update the effective date above. Material changes to the text message terms will be sent to you before they apply.
